Slacks Creek
Our Slacks Creek Location is on the Pacific Highway (Service Road). Turn left at the bottom of Moss Street.
This is our first location and is where Impact Care Service began. From this location, we run our Food Outlet and a number of Personalised Support Services. It is also home to Fusion Cafe.
We share this location with Impact Church, so if you see the big Impact Church sign, you know you are in the right place.
Jimboomba
Caddies Community Centre at Jimboomba is our largest location. From this location we are able to provide a much larger Food Outlet, Second Hand Clothing Shop, Traineeships and a number of Personalised Support Services.
Once you turn onto South St, from Brisbane Street, keep driving until you see the big Caddies sign on the right hand side.
